As we continually provide more online services, Blue Ridge is allowing our customers to create
their own unique username and password in order to access your online services. This will not be
the same as the username and password as your @ptd.net email account. We apologize for any
inconvenience, but the new username and password sign-up process is necessary to provide our
customers with access to new online services such as viewing TV shows, ordering services and
reviewing your account information.
