Due to the unprecedented severity of the recent storms, some customers may still be experiencing service outages. Although power may be restored at your location, outages affecting our network infrastructure remain in some areas. Service restoration will continue as commercial power is restored to our equipment. Because we are dependent on utility power restoration efforts, restoration times can be difficult to determine. Our crews and additional contracted crews from outside the area are working to restore service as quickly and safely as possible.
