Blue Ridge Mobile Alert Program Terms of Service
Please Read These Terms of Service Before Enrolling in the Blue Ridge Mobile Alerts.
By participating in Blue Ridge’s Mobile Alert Programs, you consent to receive recurring autodialed marketing texts at the mobile number that you provided at opt-in. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
In the event that you change or deactivate your mobile number, please contact Blue Ridge at firstname.lastname@example.org to remove your number.
T-Mobile, the text carrier, is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Customer is responsible for any costs for text messaging.
Customers Must Opt-In
Blue Ridge allows its customers to opt-in to receive SMS (Short Message Service) and MMS (Multimedia Message Service) notifications regarding transactions with Blue Ridge and promotions.
SMS & MMS Alerts
Specific messages a customer may receive are regarding:
- Billing Statements
- Processed Payments
- High Speed Internet Usage
- Scheduled Appointments
- General Account Messages
- Planned Maintenance
Blue Ridge Mobile Alerts Program’s message frequency is four (4) messages per month. Blue Ridge reserves the right to alter message frequency at any time. We will notify you via text if we change the frequency and provide you with the opportunity to opt-out.
To enroll in this Program, you must provide and submit a mobile phone number. To opt in, text ENROLL to 27288.
Please note that Message and Data Rates May Apply and you are responsible for those charges. You may opt-out of these programs at any time by replying to any text with STOP. You may also opt-out by texting STOP to 27288. For help at any time, text the word HELP to 27288.

Protecting Your Personal Information
THE MOBILE ALERT PROGRAM AND OUR text messaging content is provided on an “as Is,” “as available” basis, without representations or warranties of any kind. To the full extent permitted by law, Blue Ridge disclaims all representations and warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Blue Ridge shall not have any liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of this program. Blue Ridge does not represent or warrant that the text messaging program will operate without interruption or error.
In no event shall Blue Ridge, its affiliates or any of their employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with participation in this program, whether in contract, negligence or other tortious action, even if an authorized representative of Blue Ridge has been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions which do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, such limitation shall not be applicable to you.
Your participation in the Mobile Alert Program is at your sole risk and if you are dissatisfied with the Mobile Alert Program, its content or with these Terms of Service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to opt out of the program.
No term or provision of these Terms of Service shall be deemed waived and no breach excused unless such waiver or consent is in writing and signed by the party claimed to have waived or consented.
Blue Ridge reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the Mobile Alert Program, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including, without limitation, your violation of these Terms of Service.
