As the situation with COVID-19 continues to change we are monitoring things closely and making decisions that are based on the safety and wellbeing of our customers, employees and their families. All levels of our government are expressing the need for increased social distancing and we are encouraging everyone to take responsible action to help contain the spread of this virus.
New customers or customers looking to reconnect high speed internet, Wi-Fi or basic video service should consider the self-installation option first before requiring a technician to enter your home. At this time work requiring a technician inside your home will need a scheduled appointment at least 14 days out.
