Error Message when accessing On Demand, Channel 1

  1. Exit VOD then try logging in again. Repeat at least three times.
  2. If problem persists, call 1-800-Cable 77

Forgot PIN or PIN already set up on box

  1. Call 1-800-Cable 77 to have PIN reset.

Movie purchase not accessible from 'My Saved Programs'

  1. If there are multiple digital boxes in the home, verify there is not more than 1 digital box viewing the same program at the same time.
  2. If the movie was available for 24hrs, please verify the time limit hasn’t expired.
  3. Call 1-800-Cable 77
