Blue Ridge On Demand offers a wide selection of movies, events and specials. Pricing, which varies by program, is indicated on the selection screens. There is a Free On Demand category offering a variety of shows free of charge. |

How do I know what movies and programs are available on On Demand? |

Tune to CHANNEL 1 and follow the on-screen prompts to access the On Demand categories and program selections. Use the arrow buttons on your digital remote control to navigate between the selections. |

How long can I view my On Demand selections? |

Programs ordered On Demand are available for 24 hours. Adult movies are available for 4 hours.
You can view your selection as many times as you wish during that time. |

How do I use the VCR/ DVD functionality, including play, pause, stop rewind and fast-forward? |

There are two ways to use the VCR/ DVD functionality with your digital remote.
1. Use the arrow keys (“right arrow” = fast forward; “left arrow” = rewind; “up arrow” = Play; “down arrow” =Stop and “select” = pause).
2. Use the VCR/ DVD functionality buttons on your digital remote. These are the standard “play,” “pause,” “stop,” “rewind” and “fast-forward” buttons. To activate these buttons, you may need to push the “VCR/VOD” button or flip the VCR/VOD switch to the VOD position (depending on your digital remote).

How do I resume viewing a movie? |

If you stop a movie and would like to resume viewing it, return to the On Demand categories menu. Select the “My Saved Programs” button to view the programs that are currently active. Use the arrow keys to highlight the program and press “select” on your digital remote to begin viewing. You have the option to resume viewing from where you last stopped by pressing the “up arrow” key or simply press any other key to start the program over from the beginning. |

How do I return to regular TV programming? |

To return to regular TV programming, simply press the “channel up” or “channel down” buttons on your digital remote. Then make your channel selections as you normally would.

How do I access Blue Ridge On Demand? |

Blue Ridge On Demand is only available with Blue Ridge Digital Cable in select areas. Digital customers can tune to CHANNEL 1 and follow the on-screen prompts to browse the selections.
