* Dish buy back customers will receive programming credit applied in monthly increments for
the duration of the signed contract period. The dollar amount and duration of the credit
varies according to the level of service selected and the term of the dish buy back contract
(1 or 2 years). Customers must keep their selected services for the length of the contract
to receive appropriate monthly credit or early termination fees will be applied. Free
installation applies to digital cable outlets.
