We are upgrading our digital cable system to allow for the addition of more HD channels. Due to the limitations of Cable Card technology, you will no longer be able to view some HD, Premium Movie Channels and Spanish Channels. To avoid not being able to view these channels, you will need to swap your cable card for a digital set top.
Please call 800-CABLE 77 to schedule a free installation/swap of your cable card for a digital set top.
- Cable card technology doesn’t allow for some 2 way applications therefore some features you are not currently enjoying include: an on-screen program guide, the ability to order On Demand and Pay-Per-View as well as to access Pass Time Games.
- The monthly price for a digital set top is the same as for a cable card.
